## サービス利用申込について

各種申込書をダウンロードしてご利用ください。  
必要事項を記入してカウンターにお申込みください。

### キャンパス間の配送(上野C⇔東口C)

両キャンパスの資料を利用することができます。所蔵しているキャンパスから資料を取り寄せます。

### 資料の購入

図書館に所蔵していない資料は、購入することができます。

### 文献複写・相互貸借

本学に所蔵していない資料で購入できない場合は、他機関の資料を、図書館を通じて利用することができます。
